How to Increase Your Facebook ‘Likes’ From 0 to 10,000 or More
There are so many creative ways of increasing your Facebook likes that it can be overwhelming. So, we have narrowed it down to four basic ways to help increase your Facebook likes.
Define Your Audience
Before you can start communicating with people, you have to make sure you understand your audience. To accomplish this, you must take time out to research your target audience. You're going to use the same steps that you used for promoting your website.
Use the Right Tone
To be recognized as a trusted brand, your brand has to be perceived as a member of your target audience. In other words, you have to be able to talk and act like your fans. This should permeate through your content.
Update your Facebook Timeline Cover Image
Update your cover page on a regular basis. Create more than one cover so you can inspire your timeline visitors. This presents a wonderful opportunity to show off your brand and connect with your friends. Just make sure you follow the current image content rules. For example, Facebook doesn't allow users to post pricing information, contact information or website information. However, you can use logos and other brand images. Consider hiring a graphic designer or web designer to create a visually appealing image. If you're brave enough to do it on your own, make sure you use the right dimensions (i.e. Cover photo -- 851 x 315).
Highlight Your Best Posts
If you're running a special promotion or advertising an event, make sure you highlight your post by clicking the star in the upper right-hand corner of each post. Using this feature can help draw attention to your most important posts.
Get a Unique URL
Although have a unique URL won't necessarily increase your 'likes', it can help increase your traffic to your Facebook app. Make sure you use a unique URL in place of landing tabs. Even though Facebook doesn't allow users to set a default landing tab anymore, you can still have your own unique URL. One advantage of using a unique URL is that regardless of how often Facebook makes changes, you can still post your URL that you use regularly.
