Return/Claim Policy

  • All requests for returns must be made within 90 days from invoice date. Accommodation returns will be based on our restocking policy.
  • No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization. The product number must be provided to receive a Return Authorization.
  • A Return Authorization is valid for 30 days. TracSoft must receive the product in question within 30 days of issue date.
  • Each product should be marked with the return authorization number.
  • No returns will be accepted for specially processed goods by special request. Goods are sold “as is.”
  • No incidental charges will be paid on any returns or quality issues in the field. Upon receipt and verification of the return, credit or replacement product will be issued to you.
  • TracSoft is not responsible for damages beyond our control.
  • TracSoft is not responsible for any shipping damages incurred after goods have left our facility, unless goods are shipped at our expense.
  • TracSoft will only be responsible for freight on returns from the original “ship to” address.
